How do I cancel a booking?

Open the booking from the Bookings page, click the three-dot menu, choose Cancel Booking. The booking moves to Cancelled status. If the underlying order has been paid, the order three-dot menu offers Cancel & Refund, which opens the Refund Order dialog for full or partial refund. See Bookings and Orders for the full lifecycle.
