Daily Operations

New Sale

  1. Tap New Sale
  2. Add items or enter amount
  3. Apply discounts if needed
  4. Customer pays (tap/insert/swipe)
  5. Receipt prints automatically

Refunds

  1. Find transaction in history
  2. Tap Refund
  3. Enter manager PIN if required
  4. Confirm refund
  5. Amount returns to original card

End of Day

  1. Go to Reports
  2. View daily summary
  3. Print closeout report
  4. Compare to cash drawer

  • Try different power outlet
  • Clean card chip
  • Ensure full insertion
  • Try contactless instead
  • Use cleaning card on reader
